 Definition 1: when some jackass is trying to take a shit in a public stall and he's either constipated or just fucking can't crap. he sits there moaning and groaning as he tries to make that turd crown. Very disturbing. especially if you're alone in the bathroom when a Stall Banshee is wailing away next to you. |
 Usage Example: i tried to crap after that big lunch, but there was a stall banshee in there with me and i was too scared to crown. i just pulled up my pants and ran from the bathroom like a scared child. |
