| Definition 2: A Vanus is an anatomical anomally that occurs to very small percentage of women - less than 1 in 100,000. Its when the Anus and Vagina are so close that there appear to be the same orrifice. Hence the amalgamation of both words into Vanus. It can also be occur when a female anus splits during aggressive anal sex. |
