 Definition 1: When a woman doesn't wear any underwear under her jeans so she doesn't have any panty lines. This practice is fine (in theory) until the girl repeatedly wears the same pair of jeans. This practice can be especially dangerous to the unexperienced free lipper. because one fall can cause a beef cuirtain to get caught in the zipper. this can lead to a lipectomy or nick names like lippy longstockings. |
