 Definition 1: slyly removing your nutsack from your boxers and holding them at the base thus giving your sack the appearance of monkey brains. Usually accompanied by yelling "Monkey Brains" at the top of your lungs to alert the room. |
 Usage Example: Trevor walked up to Dana while she was sitting on the curb talking to Launce. He yelled "Monkey Brains" as he whipped out his nuts and proceeded to clear the corner. |
