 Definition 1: Whilst boning a fair lady on your bed (or dirty blanket in the park), pull out, and teabag the bitch in her mouth. Upon insertion, assume a push-up position and propel yourself in a 360 degree fashion, WHILST skeeting, mimicking a rotating water sprinkler. At this the time, your sack is rotating and spinning in the bitch's mouth, hence the Sack Shuffling, a maneuver made popular amongst librarians in Cincinnati. |
 Usage Example: Yo last time I wanted that bitch to suffer so I pulled a Cincinnati Sack Shuffle. But she got really pissed so now im nothin' but a One Ball Wonder. |
