no, swamp ass is called that because your ass is all damp and sweaty, and starts to stink like a swamp. the swamp will also creep forward hence giving you swamp balls

I had a friend called Swamp Ass. Not her real name. My friend, Martin Paloturd, said it wasn't such a bad ass so I don't know where the name came from.

i disagree with you definition...i feel swamp ass is when you take a shit after a hefty night of drinkin and it comes out rather nasty and juicy where when you look at it...it looks rather similar to a swamp...thus swamp ass
