It would seem the author of this word may have been molested at McDonald's when he was a kid. I don't see what deepthroating has to do with a goofy bandit character from Ronald McDonald land, but you may wish to contact Mayor McCheese about this molester, it sounds serious. With any luck, he'll get arrested and thrown into San Q with Grimmace, who will in turn make him his bitch.
