This would be a person suffering from severe coprophila. The term itself is a good solid 2 and a half star term. It's above average, but it tries hard to squeeze a chuckle out of me. It's much more funny if it's used as a derogatory term to call someone as opposed to the defintion itself. Like: "Hey turd molder, get out of my face already!"
