Ziggernut? This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard... It is NOT possible for a "Ziggernut" to occur by their definition. First off there is no way a pocket of air would get into the urethra (The tube that sperm and urine travel through to exit the body). Now lets just say it was possible for some air to get in there (which is isn't but this is just hypothetically speaking) the persons body would absorb the gas before it reached the end of the penis. If the air pocket was oxygen the body would use it, if it was something else like CO2 or what have you the body would carry the gas up to the lungs to hace it exhaled and removed properly.
