 Definition 1: The turd formation that occurs when a dump is taken on a large wad of pre-existing toilet paper in the toilet. The turd mass because of the extra flotation provided from the toilet paper rises above sea level to form a "poop island" accompanied by it's own pungent island aroma. |
 Usage Example: "I didnt realize my girlfriend had taken a piss and didnt flush, so my preceeding shit formed a beautifull poop island." |
