 Definition 1: The state in which the male genitalia are exposed to cold water long enough making the penis super-flacid and the scrotum shrink considerably. Both of these occurances then cause the head of the cold, flacid penis to get tied and entangled in the pubic hair of the shrunken scrotum, like a worm in a spiders web. |
 Usage Example: The water was so cold when i went surfing today that when i took off my wetsuit, i had severe Spider Helmet and it took me 10 minutes to free willy from the pubic web he was tangled in.(those who frequent cold water with wetsuits will appreciate this one) |
