 Definition 1: One who has the urge to stay and watch a crap being flushed down the toilet to make sure it all went down and that a nice clean bowl of water will be there for the next person who uses the toilet. This is based on the philosphy that one's own crap must be flushed down alone and not with anybody else's fluid or solid waste. |
 Usage Example: The average wait time for a crap witness depends on the ratio of amount of waste vs. water pressure for any given area. |
