I think it means just take her there for the excitement and the betting. Most women I know find horse-racing exciting. Do you really think she'd go with three guys? I think it meant she goes out with one guy, then they hook up with a couple more later on. The horse stall idea is great nevertheless! Maybe a horse owner could invite her as his guest (alone), then after races are over and crowd is gone, he can take her to his thoroughbred's stall, where the trainer and jockey are also waiting. I bet seeing a huge horse-cock would turn her on.
