Alternte definitions are desired --
how about,
(1) erection of the penis of a young boy-child, or of an actual baby male. (As a small kid, I would get hard a lot, I can recall, and was inclined to show off, and may have inspired some adult interest, more than I realized...)
(2) How about a clit-boner in a woman, or even in a young girl-child? I recall some pretty awesome showing off by some childhood (girl) playmates, as well as by boys.
